Struct HttpClient 

pub struct HttpClient;

Placeholder for a typed HTTP client.

Feature requirements

This module is always available with the crate, but a real networked implementation is expected to live behind an integration feature (e.g. reqwest).

Contracts

The current HttpClient is intentionally a stub and does not perform I/O. It exists to reserve a stable place for an eventual client interface.

Create a new client instance.

pub fn is_ready(&self) -> Result<bool>

Return whether the client is able to send requests.

Contract: currently returns Ok(true) and performs no network validation.
